RESERVATION
Inquiries and Reservation for services in all area shown in this Confidential Tariff should be made through PULU TRAVEL, maximum details are required in order to fulfill reservations efficiently. Arrival and departures dates, flights details, number of participants involved and notification if alternate Hotels are acceptable will help us to handle your inquiry smoothly.

CONFIRMATION
Will be as required by the Clients - Electronic Mail (E-Mail) or Facsimile.

CANCELLATION / REFUND
Cancellation fees will be levied in accordance with charges imposed by hotels and associated transportation services. All hotels charge a minimum an one night rate for no-shows or late cancellations. No refunds will be made in respect of sightseeing, accommodation, meals, or any other services not utilized after the tour has commenced.

Cancellation policy is applied when using our services, which are as follow:

• Normal Season : One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 14 days prior arrival
• July - Sept : One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 30 days prior arrival
• 20 Dec - 10 Jan : One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 45 days prior arrival
  

PAYMENT
Normal procedure is for full prepayments on at least 30 days before your arrival, payments can be made with Credit Card with addittional 3% charge or any other payments or Bank transfer to our Bank Account :

RATES
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Sight seeing tours are inclusive of air conditioned vehicles, except in areas where indicated, qualified multi lingual guide and admission fees.

INSURANCE
PULU TRAVEL has limited liability Insurance Coverage.

LIABILITY
PULU TRAVEL cannot accept liability for any act or commission whatsoever, whether negligent of otherwise of those airlines, hoteliers or others providing services in connection with arrangements over whom we have no direct control. We act only as agents for companies we represent and disclaim any and all liability for property loss of damage and/or any and all damages directly of indirectly of indirectly resulting from death or personal injuries, which may be sustained an account of or arising from, by reason of, or while engaged in any tour, whether due to the ownership maintenance, use, operation or control of any aircraft, automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, inn, hotel, guest house, common carrier of otherwise, or whether caused by failure of delay or by any transportation company, due to any cause whatsoever, occurring during a tour under its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise.

PULU TRAVEL also reserves the rights to change the itinerary with or without prior notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
